A current resident of Costa Rica, Stacey, has an extensive background in real estate sales, development, commercial underwriting, in-depth financial analysis, hospitality, and restaurants.

Stacey’s career started at Montana Business Capital Corporation, where she completed the most significant commercial deal for the company – the development of a 175-room condo hotel. In addition, she completed construction and client management for the project’s buildout for the lead and four participating banks. Next, she accepted a position as Co-GM of the condo hotel, where she turned around operations to realize a 56% increase in profitability in two years.However, Stacey’s experience extends beyond those above. She launched a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD underwriting and origination arm for the Bank of Montana. In addition, financing and underwriting over $30 million in multifamily originations.

Most recently, she has completed an in-depth analysis of the Guanacaste market, leading her to contract four development properties and raise $600k in investment funds.
